Questions about this item

Does the 256GB PCIe SSD and 1TB HDD come installed or must I add them?

Both drives are already installed — the 256GB PCIe SSD holds the operating system and the 1TB HDD provides additional storage, so nothing extra is required.

Should I choose the 20GB DDR4 configuration or a different capacity?

The laptop ships with 20GB DDR4 (4GB onboard plus a 16GB SO-DIMM) and this is the only memory option offered for this model.
