17.3-inch laptop for everyday work

The ASUS VivoBook S712JA-WH54 is a 17.3-inch laptop built around a 10th Gen Intel Core i5-1035G1 processor with four cores and a 3.6 GHz turbo frequency. It ships with Windows 11 Pro and targets students or office workers who want a large screen for documents and web browsing. The silver chassis weighs 5.06 lb and measures 16.00 by 10.06 by 0.62 inches.

Dual-drive storage with 128GB SSD and 2TB HDD

A 128GB PCIe NVMe SSD holds the operating system and frequently used programs for fast boot and load times. A 2TB hard drive adds deep capacity for media libraries, backups and project archives. The 8GB of DDR4 memory (4GB soldered plus a 4GB SO-DIMM) handles typical multitasking but leaves no slot for further expansion.

Full-size backlit keyboard and modern wireless

The keyboard includes a numeric keypad, backlighting and a fingerprint reader integrated into the chassis. Connectivity uses Wi-Fi 6 AX201 and Bluetooth 5.1 for stable wireless links. Ports comprise one USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A, one USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-C, two USB 2.0, HDMI, a microSD reader and a combo audio jack; there is no optical drive.
