17.3-inch FHD IPS laptop for everyday work

The ASUS VivoBook S712JA-WH54 delivers a 17.3-inch Full HD IPS display at 1920 x 1080 resolution with a 60 Hz refresh rate. It runs on a 10th Gen Intel Core i5-1035G1 quad-core processor that reaches 3.6 GHz turbo frequency. The system includes 20 GB of DDR4 memory configured as 4 GB onboard plus a 16 GB SO-DIMM module. Windows 11 Home 64-bit comes pre-installed.

Sustained performance with integrated graphics

The Intel UHD integrated graphics share system memory, so heavy graphical workloads will reduce bandwidth available to the CPU. The 45 W power adapter and 47 Whr three-cell battery limit peak performance duration under continuous load. Thermal constraints in the slim chassis mean clock speeds will settle below the maximum turbo frequency during extended sessions. The 4 TB PCIe NVMe SSD maintains consistent read and write speeds without thermal throttling typical of smaller drives.

Silver chassis with fingerprint reader and modern

The silver finish covers a chassis measuring 16.00 x 10.06 x 0.62 inches and weighing 5.06 lb. A full-size backlit keyboard with numeric keypad and a fingerprint sensor integrated into the touchpad support daily productivity. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6 AX201, Bluetooth 5.1, one USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A, two USB 2.0, one USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-C, HDMI, a micro SD reader and a headphone/microphone combo jack. A 720p HD webcam sits above the non-touch display.
