17.3" FHD IPS laptop with dual storage

This ASUS VivoBook pairs a 10th Generation Intel Core i5-1035G1 processor with 20GB of DDR4 memory. The 17.3-inch Full HD IPS display runs at 60Hz and shows 1920 x 1080 resolution. A 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD handles the operating system and applications while a 1TB hard drive provides bulk capacity. Windows 11 Home 64-bit is pre-installed.

Suits office users needing screen space and capacity

The large anti-glare panel and numeric keypad help spreadsheet work and long document sessions. Dual storage keeps the system responsive while holding large local archives. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics and the 60Hz refresh rate make this unsuitable for gaming, 3D rendering or colour-critical creative work. The 47 Wh battery and 45W adapter limit unplugged runtime for all-day mobile use.

Dual-drive layout decides the fit

The defining specification is the 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD combined with a 1TB hard drive. Buyers who want a single large solid-state volume should look elsewhere. Those who accept a smaller boot drive paired with a high-capacity mechanical drive gain both speed and space without paying for a multi-terabyte SSD.

Questions about this item

Does this laptop need any external power adapter beyond what is in the box?

The 45 W power supply included with the unit provides all charging and operating power for the i5-1035G1 and 20 GB DDR4 system.

Can I keep using my older USB 2.0 flash drives and mice with the ports on this machine?

Two USB 2.0 Type-A ports are present alongside one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A and one USB 3.2 Type-C Gen 1, so legacy USB 2.0 devices work directly.

How can I confirm the 256 GB PCIe NVMe SSD is detected and set as the boot drive after first startup?

Open Windows Settings > System > Storage and verify a 256 GB NVMe device appears as the primary drive with Windows 11 Home installed.
