17.3" FHD laptop for everyday productivity

The ASUS VivoBook S712JA-WH54 is a new 17.3-inch laptop built around a 10th Generation Intel Core i5-1035G1 processor with four cores and a 3.6 GHz turbo frequency. It ships with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit and 12 GB of DDR4 memory split between 4 GB onboard and an 8 GB SODIMM module. The Full HD IPS display runs at 1920 x 1080 resolution and 60 Hz without touch input.

Dual-drive storage and versatile port selection

Storage combines a 256 GB PCIe NVMe SSD for the operating system with a 1 TB hard drive for bulk files. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6 AX201 and Bluetooth 5.1. Physical ports comprise one USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A, two USB 2.0 Type-A, one USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-C, one HDMI output, a micro SD card reader and a headphone/microphone combo jack. A backlit full-size keyboard with numeric keypad and a fingerprint reader support daily workflow.

Integrated graphics define the performance ceiling

The Intel UHD integrated graphics share system memory and suit office applications, web browsing and video playback. Demanding 3D workloads, modern gaming titles or GPU-accelerated rendering will exceed the capability of this graphics solution. Buyers who need discrete graphics performance should consider a different configuration.
