17.3" FHD IPS laptop with dual storage

The ASUS VivoBook S712JA-WH54 is a 17.3-inch Full HD IPS laptop powered by a 10th Gen Intel Core i5-1035G1 processor. It combines 20GB of DDR4 memory with a 1TB SATA SSD and a 1TB HDD for ample capacity. The system runs Windows 10 Pro and includes Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, a fingerprint reader and a backlit keyboard.

Suited for office work and media viewing

This configuration fits users who need a large screen for documents, spreadsheets or streaming and want both fast boot speeds and high storage volume in one machine. Buyers who require a dedicated GPU for gaming or rendering, a touchscreen, or a higher-refresh panel should consider other options. The integrated Intel UHD Graphics handles everyday tasks but not heavy 3D workloads.

Integrated Intel UHD Graphics only

The single specification that decides suitability is the graphics: this laptop relies solely on integrated Intel UHD Graphics with no discrete GPU option. If your workflow depends on hardware-accelerated video editing, CAD or modern gaming, this model will not meet those needs. For general productivity and media consumption the integrated graphics are sufficient.

Questions about this item

Will my existing DDR4 SODIMM modules work alongside the 16 GB stick already installed?

The laptop ships with 4 GB soldered and one 16 GB DDR4 SODIMM, leaving no free slot; any additional memory would require replacing the installed module.

How can I confirm the Wi-Fi 6 AX201 adapter is active after first boot?

Open Device Manager, expand Network adapters and verify Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 appears without error icons; a successful connection to a Wi-Fi 6 router also confirms operation.

Does the box include a USB-C hub or only the 45 W charger?

The package contains the laptop, 45 W power supply, and documentation; a USB-C hub, external drives or adapters are not included and must be purchased separately.
