17.3" Laptop with 36 GB RAM

This 17.3 inch laptop ships with Windows 11 Pro and a 10th Gen Intel Core i5-1035G1 processor. It combines a Full HD IPS display with 36 GB of DDR4 memory and a 2 TB SATA SSD. Integrated Intel UHD graphics handle the visual output. The chassis includes a backlit keyboard, fingerprint reader and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity.

Upgrade from 8 GB or 16 GB systems

The 36 GB memory configuration replaces typical 8 GB or 16 GB factory builds, letting you keep many browser tabs and office apps open simultaneously. The 2 TB SATA SSD replaces smaller drives or mechanical disks, giving more room for large project files. The jump is worthwhile when your current machine slows down during multitasking or runs out of storage space.

Suits office multitaskers, not gamers

This device suits professionals and students who need a large screen, abundant RAM and plenty of storage for productivity workloads. Buyers who want dedicated graphics for gaming or GPU-accelerated rendering should look at a different class of machine. Those needing a touchscreen or a lighter chassis for frequent travel will also need another option.

Questions about this item

Does the 17.3 inch chassis have a free SO-DIMM slot to reach the 36GB total?

The 36GB configuration ships as 4GB soldered on the board plus a 32GB DDR4 SO-DIMM already installed, so the single expansion slot is occupied.

Which screw must be removed before the bottom cover lifts for drive access?

Remove the nine perimeter screws and the single centre screw hidden under the centre rubber foot; missing that centre screw is the step most people overlook.

Can the 2TB SATA SSD be swapped for a larger SATA drive later?

Yes, the M.2 slot accepts 2280 SATA SSDs, so any larger SATA M.2 drive will work as a direct replacement.
