ASUS VivoBook 17.3" FHD IPS laptop

The ASUS VivoBook S712JA-WH54 is a 17.3 inch Full HD IPS laptop powered by a 10th Gen Intel Core i5-1035G1 processor with 4 cores and 6 MB cache. It ships with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit and 20 GB of DDR4 memory in a mixed 4 GB onboard plus 16 GB SODIMM configuration. Storage combines a 2 TB SATA SSD and a 2 TB hard drive for 4 TB total capacity.

Suits users needing a large screen

This configuration fits office workers, students and home users who want a spacious 1920 x 1080 display, fingerprint login and a full-size backlit keyboard with numeric pad. Integrated Intel UHD graphics and the 60 Hz panel make it unsuitable for gaming, 3D rendering or colour-critical creative work. The 47 Wh battery and 45 W adapter limit unplugged runtime for all-day mobile use.

Dual-drive layout decides fit

The laptop provides a 2 TB SATA SSD for the operating system and a separate 2 TB hard drive for bulk files. Buyers who require a single high-speed volume or a different drive interface should consider other models. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6 AX201, Bluetooth 5.1, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A and Type-C, HDMI, two USB 2.0 ports and a microSD reader.
